Andrew Coulton

Andrew is currently a shareholder of Saffar Holdings and is the Chairman of Saffar Capital, the Saffar Holdings’ DIFC company. Andrew has responsibility for strategy outside the GCC and is the relationship manager for certain key global relationships.

Andrew was most recently a Managing Director and MENA Regional CEO at Deutsche Bank AG. Prior to this he was Global Co-Head of the Futures and Options Department at Deutsche Bank.

Andrew has over 20 years experience managing the derivatives businesses. He has also been involved in the development of these businesses from start-up to mature phases. At Deutsche Bank AG, he helped restructure the bank's derivatives business and successfully position it as a global leader. Also at Deutsche Bank, he re-organised the bank's MENA business and as CEO of a newly created MENA Board created and implemented new strategies for developing business in the region.

Previously, he was a Managing Director and Head of the European Futures and Options business at Goldman Sachs and Co. where he worked for 13 years, and was the pioneer of the European Futures and Options business. He has also managed his own financial advisory boutique, Rossmoyne Capital Advisors Ltd.

Andrew received his B.A. in Modern History from Oxford University
